On July 29th, 2020, a Wednesday, I participated in a Unique Volunteer Activity: The Mayor of Irvine meets and answers students online for questions. This event was planned and hosted by high school students in Irvine and San Diego. Both students and parents went online to interact with the mayor. Some number surrounding 100 people met the mayor with excitedness. We had a lively discussion with the Mayor of Irvine surrounding municipal and sensitive topics such as: the pandemic, going back to school, prejudice, electronic waste recycling… This grand event was similar in ways to the town hall! I look forward to the mayor rewriting the history of Irvine for young generations!

Costa Rica accounts for only 0.03% of the earth’s surface, how ever it contains nearly 6% of the world’s biodiversity. We worked alongside local volunteers to promote environmental protection and educational development. We had the opportunity to learn about the culture and society. The work we did left a lasting positive impact in the community and environment Be awarded as outstanding volunteer by Certificate of Recognition of Ivymax Foundation.

We launched a peer-to-peer Microfinance program targeting the pool “San Nong”namely, agriculture, rural areas, and the peasants in China. We gave small loans directly to rural farmers. Through the P2P model, we aim to provide strong financial and the spiritual support to promote burgeoning development of microfinancein rural areas Be awarded as outstanding volunteer by Certificate of Recognition of Ivymax Foundation.

our projects focus on ways to raise panda-awareness in society to help the preservation of this very endangered wildlife. For example, pandas only eat one type of bamboo which is constantly facing resources depletion deforestry in China. Additionally, pandas have a difficult time repopulating because they are very picky with their mates, and only reproduce one child at a time. Every year students take an educational trip to China and fundraising for way to help pandas maintain their homes in the ecosystem, and reproduce to populate the species. In the operation of the club, young people realize that all animals have the same rights as humans to enjoy the earth. They are weak and they cannot speak. We need to treat them equally as we treat vulnerable groups; for them we also need to protect our public environment allows humans and animals to coexist peacefully. Ben Franklin once said, "tell me, and I forget; teach me, and I remember; involve me, and I learn."

We successfully stood on the top of highest Fuji Mountain after fighting against strong Typhoon in August.

We enjoyed a special experience of ancient Chinese culture at Lindon Center in the ancient city of Dali, Yunnan.

After finishing English Teaching in Remote mountain village, I dated with mom and enjoyed wonderful Taiwan food.

The story of England trip took us from ancient Stonehenge on Salisbury plain, through mediaeval cathedrals and thundering mountains, invasions and revolutions, to the nation that we know today. Alongside this journey through history, we explored accompanying literature to experience the rich culture of the English people, including Arthurian legend, Shakespearean tragedy and Gothic drama.
